I'm
involved in running a non-duality event in Devon on the first weekend
in May. We're aiming to look at the ways in which engaging with
Eastern or Perennial philosophy effects how we communicate with and
relate to ourselves and others. How a deepening of consciousness alters the way we
both listen and seek to make ourselves understood. Particular
influence will be drawn from the work on dialogue of the philosopher
and theoretical physicist David Bohm. With that overall structure in
place, we intend that the weekend will also be quite open to whatever
the participants want it to become.
The
event will begin on the evening of Friday the 3rd
of
May with an evening meal and will conclude after breakfast on Monday
the 6th
of May. Total cost is £140 which includes food and accommodation in
a shared room.
